Diversified Dental Services, Inc., is an independent dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) serving all of Nevada, parts of Southern Utah, Laughlin, Nevada / Bullhead City, Arizona, and most recently, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Region. Diversified Dental Services, Inc., contracts with dentists to provide their services at discounts of up to 40%, depending on the dental procedure. The discounted fees are reviewed and revised annually and are valid for the calendar year. When a PPO member obtains dental care from a PPO dentist, they are charged the reduced fees, which means they save money compared to obtaining the same services from a non-PPO dentist.

The Diversified Dental Services, Inc., dental PPO is currently available through employers, insurance companies and associations. It may be combined with a dental benefits plan or may be offered on a voluntary basis with or without insurance coverage.

Getting great discounts on dental care is worthless if you can't get an appointment with a PPO dentist. That's why we continually prospect for new dental providers based on membership growth and provider location. We currently add an average of 1-3 new providers each month in the Southern Nevada region.

We prefer to contract with dentists already being used by our members prior to their participation in the PPO. One way to identify these providers is through a report requested from the claims payor or insurance company for the dental plan. Another way to gather provider data is by using our Provider Nomination Form. This form is designed to allow a member, employer or another provider to submit the name of a dentist they would like to have in the PPO as a participating provider. The combination of these two methods combined with our regular prospecting efforts has been effective in consistently increasing the number of participating dentists.

Provider nominations can be made by phone or mail (see below). Please provide the name, address and phone number of the dentist and their specialty, if known. If you would like us to use your name in the letter to the dentist, please let us know.

Diversified Dental Services, Inc., currently contracts with more than 1000 individual dentists for general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontia, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and prosthodontics.
